Over 150 Agency Guests Celebrate at Hagenbecks
With over 150 guests, including leading representatives of Hamburgs
business and cultural scene, one of Hamburgs most established
PR agencies, Industrie-Contact AG für Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
(IC), celebrated its 25th anniversary on August 7th. In fantastic
weather as part of the first Romantic Night at Hagenbecks
Tierpark an extraordinary show was organized: the Hamburg premiere
of the musical work with shadow show Swim! Gaston Swim!.
The book of the same name by writer Irene Pietsch, which the production
is based on, was published at the end of last year in ICs
own Germa Press Verlag publishing house. The production was created
in collaboration with the Schleswig-Hostein Music Festival with
the Festival Mitte Europa as well as with the support of the Czech
Future Fund and the Walther and Käthe Busche Foundation.
Among the good-humored guests were the Czech General Consul Peter
Boue, the books author Irene Pietsch, as well as the productions
composer Professor Frank Böhme and Professor Hermann Rauhe,
former head of the Hamburg Music School. Hamburgs business
scene was represented by Professor Dr. Horst Opaschowski of the
BAT Leisure Research Institute and Dr. Matthias Pietsch CEO of the
LBS Hamburg, as well as many representatives of the Beiersdorf AG,
including Manuela Rousseau-Schriever, member of the supervisory
board and head of PR-operations at the Beiersdorf AG.
The invitation to the premiere of the musical work with shadow show
in Hamburg was a way of saying thank you by the agency to its many
clients and friends. Jürgen Klimke, CEO of the non-listed AG
remarked: Many renowned companies have been loyal to IC for
over 10 and sometimes even 20 years. They know that they can depend
on us and we surprise them with new ideas again and again. Like
now, by inviting them to an extraordinary event in a remarkable
setting to celebrate our anniversary.
For 25 years the PR agency with headquarters in Bahrenfeld has worked
with businesses primarily in the fields of health and personal care,
technology and logistics as well as finance. Via networks IC can utilize partner agencies in North
America as well as Western and Eastern Europe, Asia and Australia.
